How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

After a storm you'll get flyers, door knocks and a lot of promises. Here's exactly what happens when you call me instead.

1

Free inspection

I walk every slope, the gutters, vents, flashing and siding. Hail hides — most homeowners can't see it from the ground, and neither can a drive-by estimator.

2

Written photo report

You get a report with photos of what I found and a plain-English explanation. If there's no damage, I'll tell you that too — and you're done.

3

Claim support & the build

If there's a claim, I meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. Then Brazen's crew does the job and a separate QC inspector signs off before we call it finished.

Services

Residential roofing for the Denver metro

Hail & storm damage

Inspection, documentation and repair or replacement after Colorado's hail season. We know what adjusters look for.

Insurance claim guidance

From first call to final invoice. I'll explain your policy language, meet the adjuster, and make sure the scope covers what's actually damaged.

Full roof replacement

Asphalt shingle systems installed by Brazen's crews, backed by GAF certification and a dedicated quality-control inspection.

Repairs, gutters & siding

Not everything needs a new roof. Leak repairs, wind-lifted shingles, and hail-dented gutters and siding are handled on the same visit.

Your roof gets one point of contact. Me.

I'm the Sales Manager for Brazen Roofing's Denver office. I do the inspection, I meet the adjuster, I schedule the crew, and I'm there for the final walkthrough. You'll never be handed off to someone who's never seen your house.

  • GAF Certified contractor with a dedicated quality-control inspection team.
  • Every inspection is free and comes with a written photo report — whether or not you hire us.
  • Local office at 10233 S Parker Rd, Parker. We'll still be here next hail season.
"A roof isn't done when the last shingle goes on. It's done when someone who didn't install it signs off on it."
Know your rights

Colorado protects homeowners after a storm. Here's what that means for you.

The Colorado Residential Roofing Act (C.R.S. 6-22-101 and following) was written specifically because of storm-chasing roofers. Anyone who's working for you should be glad to explain it.

You can cancel if your claim is denied

If you sign a roofing contract and your insurer denies the claim, you have the right to cancel within 72 hours of the denial and get your deposit back. (C.R.S. 6-22-104)

Nobody can "waive" your deductible

It's illegal in Colorado for a roofer to pay, rebate or absorb your insurance deductible. If someone offers to, that's your signal to keep looking. (C.R.S. 6-22-105)

You're entitled to a written contract

Scope of work, cost, and a clear statement of these cancellation rights must be in writing before any work starts. You should never feel rushed to sign. (C.R.S. 6-22-103)

FAQ

Straight answers

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. No charge, no obligation, and you keep the written report either way. Inspections are how I earn the job — not something I bill for.

My roof looks fine from the ground. Should I still have it checked after hail?

Usually, yes. Hail bruises the shingle mat without tearing it, so the damage isn't visible from the driveway — but it lets water in over time. Most insurance policies also have a filing window, so waiting until you see a leak can mean paying out of pocket.

Will filing a claim raise my rates?

That depends on your carrier and policy, and I won't guess for you. What I can do is help you read what your policy actually says about weather claims before you decide whether to file — and give you a written report so the decision is based on real damage, not a sales pitch.

Do I have to use the roofer my insurance company suggests?

No. You have the right to choose your own contractor. The insurer pays the claim; you decide who does the work.

How fast can you get out there?

During a storm surge I'm booking inspections in the order calls come in, usually within a few days. Call or text and I'll give you a real time, not a "we'll see."

What areas do you cover?

The Denver metro and southern Front Range — Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada, Thornton, and surrounding Douglas and Arapahoe County neighborhoods. If you're not sure, just ask.

Get your roof looked at by someone who'll tell you the truth.

Free inspection, written report, and a straight answer about whether you have a claim. That's it.
